    Woo Hoo!!! Tuesday Done!!!! :D :j :j :j :j

Thanks Hex I wouldn't have cracked on with the BR if you hadn't suggested that HHC. :) Re: stepson's trainers... call him to make him move them while you stand there and watch...do this every time. OOOO, no, better idea, what about tipping tea/coffee all over them because you 'tripped' over his trainers with your coffee in your hand???

I cleared the contents of DD1's desk onto her floor this morning! Because she left her saxophone and her english book at home, now, normally I refuse to bring stuff up to school for her, she has to learn the consequences of her actions.... But saxophone lessons I have to pay for, so I'm not wasting my money! Anyway, she asked me to rummage around the tip that passes for her room... so that was the consequence!

Wow..... I've just been up to DD1's room, it's SPOTLESS!!! she's cleaned up the mess, she's cleaned the floor, she's cleaned the mirror doors on her wardrobe, she's cleaned her window, and scrubbed her desk!!!! And is sat happily working away on her essay!!!

Note to self... being foul to DD1 really works!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

ETA : Soappie that's a lovely thought. Cheers.

sorry I only ever seem to come on here and moan, but everyone is always so nice and supportive, i would moan on facebook but my husband will see it, and my best friend is away in New York on her honeymoon (lucky thing)

    MOAN ALERT

I am having another !!!!!! time and am so fed up. As you all know I gave up work in January, its going fine except that in February we have been hit with 1001 unexpected bills, our tax credits of 3400 a month have been stopped, obviously I am bringing home no salary, we are trying to remortage and husband has had credit check declined cos of identity fraud done to him, so we are having to sort that out, and until we get the new mortgage we are struggling a bit. He is mega stressed again and working all hours god sends and I am sick of it. He is good at the weekends and lets me have a lie in but then he makes me feel guilty all day. In the week he gets up late (tired you see from getting up at the weekend, nothing to do with not going to bed til gone 2am ....) he then gets into work late (he's his own boss though - double edged sword as he can be flexible but works crazy hours), he then feels too guilty to leave early so gets home late, sometimes in time to do kids stories, often not. He then eats the tea I have prepared, doesnt load the DW or anything, and sits on the sofa with his laptop all night. Because of the lie ins at the weekend and working all day "to pay for a roof over our heads" as I constantly get quoted at me, he seems to think its ok to do nothing else in the week and gets really angry if I complain. He will sit on the sofa with the laptop all night, I go to bed on my own, and he comes up at some ungodly hour, ie 2am and then is too tired to get up so goes in late and so it continues. He doesnt even make me a cup of tea of an evening, and then winds me up by not locking up properly when he comes to bed and leaving his dirty wine glass (well for some) and socks in the front room. He hardly ever remembers to lift the kids for the loo at our bedtime, and I spend half the evening doing laundry, sewing, bills etc that he thinks I should get done in the day (try telling the baby that). I have no family round here and my mother in law wont help so we get no help at all. I have lots of friends but of course they all have their own kids.
The kids seem to be in some unruly phase (they are 5 and 4) and tea time is a battle every night. the oldest one is so fussy and the middle one just cries and wont eat. I dont give in but it makes no difference and Im fed up of the arguments.

I am just so sick of it all. I felt fine last week and the week before, even managed to lose a few punds at WW, but feel really down this week for some reason. Not PMT, just finished period. Have had a cough and sore throat for 6 weeks, am going to the GP on Thursday to see if I can get something else other than cough medicine and nurofen. Every time I do something "extra" - go out, go for big walk, go to the gym, take kids swimming I feel dire for days afterwards.
DS(5) is wetting himself at school AGAIN.
Am I just the biggest whinger ever and everyone else's life is the same ?
Is it all about expectation and do I just expect too much ?
Am I just disillusioned and missing work ?

Sorry sorry for being so awful and only coming on here to moan and get some words of wisdom but I just wanted to offload and couldnt think where else to go.

Hugs to all, Im sorry I cant keep up with the thread, I tried for a couple of weeks but it overwhelmed me as usual!

    Hope everyone is well etc
    Hugs

Hugs Jill - men never seem to understand how much time babies and children take. Is there any chance of you getting away from it all for a couple of hours one evening so DH has to see to them and you get a break?

hugs JillD -I hope the doctor finds whats wrong and helps and you should speak to him about this too - I know you said OH gets angry but you really need to speak to him - and try to get him back onto some sort of better routine. I dont think many men realise how much time and effort goes into raisnig the children. Its obvious from what you have said the money issues are causing stress for both of you and that will have a knock-on effect to everything else - try to concentrate on getting that sorted is all I can suggest - (((hugs)))

    off to Mr A now

The kids have been out playing since they came in from school so just sorting them some fish and chips.

Just popped in to catch up on the thread and then I must go and start todays flying - I know some of you finished hours ago!!!
Toots - really sorry to hear your news, lots of love and support on here for you (anytime). I'll add my positive healing vibes to all the others being sent.
Jill D- You really need to talk these feelings through with your husband before things go too far and the resentment kicks in - I know it can't be easy but you've got to get it off your chest - good luck.
Must dash - chores to be tackled, will catch up later.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

Evening to everyone....havent done very well catching up....im so tired.

Have caught up on dishes, WM, TD, half-cleaned bathroom (not enough for my star), bath mats are in the wash. Kitchen is half tidy but half not  same as the rest of the house.....

Most of washing is done and dry - just need to do ironing now....but theres so much i cant face it. I am pleased ive sorted out most of my meal planner (ish) - lost my freezer inventory so had to go by memory. Sorted out my lists and am really looking forward to this weekend. Ive no plans...just a weekend with me and little one. Im hoping to get my gardening bits and bobs done......can anyone offer some gardening advice?? Can you PM me if you know what your doing....dont want to clog up the thread and the gardening forum scares me still :D

Hex - that bloody black dog hangs around me most days..... I can sympathise. I often wonder why the heck everything has to be my job all the time!!! who else cares....but the truth is, when the house is a tip I care, you do too honey - thats why your here. hugs for you hun - now get up and do level one with some loud music xx In fact youve reminded me i need to make an appt with my doc - she wants to see if my new meds are kicking in

ZCC72 - they are a 5.5 (stupid size feet I have!) Ive put on weight since then and im now a size 6 (why do your feet change size AFTER youve bought stupidly expensive shoes?)

Lots of love n hugs to anyone else who needs them....think theres something in the air, cos a few of us need hugs atm!!

    xx
