Mudbath - I can fit 8 passengers in the landrover so who needs a coach?
I posted that I had finished, I went through to the kitchen to start the boys tea. I tripped over the trainers SS1 has since abandoned in the middle of the hall next to the half empty shoe rack.
Do I
a) start screaming and don't stop till the men in little white coats take me away
b) hide his trainers but risk being woken at 6.30am when he can't find them
c) put them in the shoe rack as I do every night, and then just spit in his tea?

I am on full blown black dog and can't shake it off. No one else cares about the mess in this house so why should I? Someone boot me or I will just sit here feeling sorry for myself. I hate it when I feel like this but I just cant shake it off this week.
Ooh goody
*grabs Hex by the shoulders and gives her a firm shake*

I would go for B, my mum used to do that to me and it used to drive me mad. It's definately a good punishment. I do it to DH sometimes! Altho usually I put his stuff away and then he can't find it, as he never thinks to look where it actually belongs as he never puts his stuff away!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

casleigh thats good that they have found a cause of all your discomfort - fingers crossed that they can sort it - take it easy - you are doing really well - you just have to pace yourself for the pain.
lil_me how frustrating but very well done on what you have achieved.
carlsberggal thats great news about your 5 days - take it slowly and hopefully your elbow will keep improving.
madhouse_keyholder - could you stop being so enthusiastic you are putting us regulars to shame!!!! LOL!!!
hex use the laces and double knot them to the shoe rack and stuff a note inside -"this is where they should be" and limp in his sight for the rest of tonight!
toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
Live each day as if its your last

Evening everyone.
Looks like it's a gloomy day in flylady land and lots of people need hugs. I'm a bit gloomy myself this evening.
Found out today that someone I know passed away suddenly last night. I think you knew him too Rach - I'll send you a PM.
We worked together a lot on community stuff a couple of years ago. He lived on his own and someone went round and saw him lying on the hall floor and had to call the police to break the door down.
But I'm off to flyI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Oh Soappie, I'm so sorry to hear that. Hugs to you and Rach and the man's family.
Casleigh, how funny I was just wondering how you are and here you are! Glad they've found out what' wrong, now they can sort it out for you. Hugs to you.
Toots, I like your suggestion re Hex's son's shoes. That sounds like the best idea yet!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Ooo - definately c - unless it's raining. In which case, put them outside! :rotfl:
Black dogs days are horrid. Hide, drink hot chocolate. Cry at adverts. We all handle them differently - just remember to be kind to yourself.
My earlier HHC was a wash-out. I fell asleep and didn't do it. I blame it on the weather, all dark and brooding, just right for sleeping! Had to get up though, as taking the ladies to WI in a bit. My catch-phrase for this week seems to be "tomorrow...." so please, ladies (and gents!) give me a push if I don't do it "tomorrow"! When I get back later, I need to
1. Do the dishes;
2. Pick up shoes;
3. Get an early night.....
Oh,and xx-jo-xx,what size are the Choos? Potential bidder waiting here!:A FLY FIRST, KNIT LATER :A0 -
