Ok first off i just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone on its board, Housework was a problem in my house, the the structure provided by the lists has REALLY helped.
Every morning i get up before work write out the list and stick it on the fridge, the 2 easist jobs i put DS1 and DS2's name next to they are 7 and 9 and i figure they are old enough to start doing thier share.
But tbh i think the biggest suprise has been my OH, housework and him have always been a chore, coming from a spoiled childhood i sware he thought the pixies did the housework and for 10 years getting him to do ANYTHING was a battle. Tbh his main problem was always that he didn't know what needed doing, in some ways he does need babying and telling what to do and having the list on the fridge has really helped him.
For the first time in years my home is not a disaster area, i come home and DS1 and DS2 have done jobs but bet yet DH has also been able to go to the list see whats on thier and made a start. Granted he always picks the easiest jobs leaving me to do things like scrub the cooker haha but you know i don't care for the first time EVER we are working as a family to have a happy tidy home.
THANKYOU!!!
Ok today ... so far..

Tonight is Vets night, i get to see if my cat has gained weight and i get to see what the vet thinks about the dog (she has a tumour and is dying) i've noticed the tumour is VERY VERY red atm and has been bleeding for a few days, so although she still seems happy enough im not sure if tonight is going to be the night we say goodbye, because im sure having an open wound can't be good.
