Jo - I wasn't offended at all, and I don't think anyone else here was, I was just being wary and cautious - I could envisage this thread being overthrown by the real militants that there are out there - as Greenbee says, it can be scary out there in other parts of the site.

thanks dusty yes the muscle treatment will help enormously-will just have to get it fitted in before my cancer treatment.
