    Hello

    I also have a new Tosh Regza TV

    I also have a Regza DVD player.

    Devices from the Regza ranges can be connected together via a HDMI cable and it will allow control signals to pass through it so you can control multiple devices with one remote control.

    Regza means "does not have an off button".

    Seriously tho; I have a 37X3030DB and it only goes on to standby....

    I have a 42XV553DB and there is a manual off button on the side of the TV
