freesat not working-no signal

hi, i have just moved into my new home which had a sky dish already installed with all correct wiring still there.
i bought a freesat box from argos this weekend hoping to just connect it up, but when i tried this it did not pick up any channels, says theres no signal.
there are 2 wires entering the property as im guessing they had sky+. i have tried both these wires plugging them into the freesat box still no signal. the dish is facing the correct position, same as neighbours dishes.
does anyone know how to sort this? ive looked at where the wires connect to the dish and there numbered p1,p2,p3,p4.

Most likely the LNB has packed up, they are powered from the box and dont like being disconnected for long periods. Cheap to replace.0
