I was in Derby Halls while studying Radiography, I shared with a few girls who did Occ Therapy - they were doing it as a degree course, is there an option for a diploma that is less than the 3yrs?
We didn't get a choice of ensuite etc unless they've built new halls then she'll likely be sharing with about 6 others in a flat that has a bathroom with 2 shower cubicles and 3 toilets. All of the health and teaching students were put together.
EDIT: I just guessed that the 42wks you refer to is the student year? You rent a room in halls for that year then have to apply again for the 2nd and 3rd yr"a workman, even of the lowest and poorest order, if he is frugal and industrious, may enjoy a greater share of the necessaries and conveniences of life than it is possible for any savage to acquire."0 -
Thanks she is doing the three year course but we are unsure how many weeks per year the course runs for

A quick phone call to the occ therapy team at the uni will give you the answer - by memory I can't think that any of the girls stayed on any longer than I did though. Unless 42 wks is term time for non health students and we had a longer one. The health and education students certainly have longer days/weeks that for sure!"a workman, even of the lowest and poorest order, if he is frugal and industrious, may enjoy a greater share of the necessaries and conveniences of life than it is possible for any savage to acquire."0
