Excellent idea. Couldn't remember what it is so Beerhunter went onto my overtime rate. :)
Great, that's the hosting for 2010 paid for then :P

It does make sense though that if people coughed up an hour's pay, it would directly relate to effort put in by him, that saves us effort... it does a job it'd take a full-time person to do if you're like me and check about 6 towns/counties and any house that appears on the telly.

Hey I don't earn *that* much!!!

Aside from that I'm in a quandary. I'm trying to live on £4000 this year and I can't decide whether that payment is to be taken from my allowance or is outside along with the charity payments. I'm terribly afraid that it will come from my budget (unless I can persuade myself otherwise).

Trying to? That'd be a fortune to me.

This £4k, I've looked at the thread and it's flawed. It seems to be £4k after too many costs are paid!

They all make it up you know. They're typing from their second homes in Monaco... asking about lentil recipes.

    shameless bump...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    I've been Money Tipped!
geoffky thank you for making me aware of this. I only very, very recently, finally looked at property bee. It is a fantastic tool and I'm sure I'll be able to make good use of it, although I do need to pop onto the forum and work out if I'm using it to its full potential....

I don't have a paypal acc but I'll see if I can arrange something, although it will probably take be a couple of weeks.

One might have thought a small subscription or carrying adverts might be the long term answer.
