rewire costs

First post have posted a couple of items for comment. (Happy to post more if asked) (have added following feedback )
I am having a complete rewire of a large 3 bed dormer bungalow the electrican has to do no chasing or replastering or lifting floorboards etc (The house has been gutted and the builder is making it as easy as possible for him) (The electrician will be using 2 apprentices to do most of the work)
I have been quoted the following can you advise how reasonable this is, I was advised that this is a much reduced rate.
The work is not in London and travel time is minimal.
Total cost is £7637 (excluding VAT) and it includes all below plus wiring and testing and certifying
total with VAT is £8782.55
Thank you

Cannot read the quote, but get another 2 in and see what they say. Has the builder recommend anyone?0

Hi Mr Kennedy
Thanks for the post and advice.
I have now reformatted the costs0 -
Do you have a total price for rewire? Do the costs you have listed include wiring? Is testing included in this price?0

Thanks for comments
I have adjusted original post to clarify points you raised.0 -
I wouldn't touch this job 'deta' = problems in future
The price seems fair, but I may suggest (as you will have to live there) you change the manufacturer to someone like GET.
Much better quality- less hassle and better design
( I would have suggested Mk, but they have went downhill recently, with the exception of their consumer units ; these are still decent kit)baldly going on...0 -

I find this very hard to believe in a empty house (Additional info was told this was cost for job plus small profit and the normal price would be £12,757 plus VAT). Also are you really having 52 twin sockets? how many rooms have you got. I would get some more quotes.

These prioces are unbelievable! Even allowing for the fact that southern softies like paying over the odds.
The materials don't make sense either.... a 9way CU full of 6A breakers? and the sockets are fed from?.......................0
