Replacement Shower Panel

Hi all
My shower tray is raised off the floor and the side has a plastic panel...a bit like a bath side panel but smaller. However, when the builders put the shower in, they cut round the plastic panel so the skirting would fit.
I'm having the room retiled next week and want the skirting off. I'm happy to keep the shower tray but of course the tiles are not going to cover the hole in the plastic side panel.
I've had a look on the Internet and can't find any sites which sell just the side panel. I've looked in B&Q, Focus DIY and Wickes but none there either. Any suggestions??
