Electric prepay meter error codes ?

Can anyone give me a quick heads up on error that prepay meters spit out ?

My daughters just moved into a flat yesterday with a prepay meter, she's gone out this morning and stuch £20 on one of the two key they were given but when she puts it in the meter give reads ERROR 15 and dosen't add the credit !!

Anyone know what error 15 is and if it's possible to clear it ?

I'd try a fiver on the other, and then failing that contact the energy supplier in question for help.

Contact the energy supplier anyway - there could be a balance on the meter from an old tenant.
She should also look to see if she is with the best supplier for her and switch if not.
Make sure she gets the £20 back too.

yep, deffinately contact the supplier because if there was a debt from previous tenent this would be payed by the new tenent unless the meter is reset by the supplier.
