Stop worrying about your day in court, its all over in no time at all. Most people are not questioned by the judge other than to confirm a view very fundamental things. Like who you are, your address, have you taken advice before petitioning for BR and thats pretty much it apart from the main question!! Do you want me to declare you BR followed by the rubber stamp and his autograph.

    Stay calm and be lucky

As D says .. PM one of us if you have any specific questions about Brighton :)

Court was fairly straight forward for me though was waiting around for quite a long time, I did see the judge but some haven't, just depends how busy they are.

From my experience (can't speak for Merry) the OR was pretty fair.. had some problems when they wanted to increase my IPA and I didn't get the letters but was dealing with RTLU by then and the lady who was handling me was very helpful and it was all sorted out amicably and had my IPA reduced ;)!

Hi there. The day in Court was absolutely fine, everyone was very pleasant and it was relatively painless. I got myself all worked up about it, obviously, but it was fine.

Sarah - I know this is easy to say but please don't worry. Definitely the hardest part of BR is the stress leading up to it. It is really a simple procedure and by the time you get that far you've nothing to worry about. I'll bet you come back on here after BR and tell us you didn't know why you were so nervous!

Hi ya .. 9 days and counting :D

Still have to pay an IPA for a couple of years so won't make that much difference other than not being bankrupt anymore :)

Not long for yours either ..

Court was nice and simple. OR - fair, reasonable, quite quick to respond to emails (generally) and apart from not liking Co-op accounts open prior to br I would say all of my experiences with Brighton OR's has been more than satisfactory.

Any more details, please feel free to drop me a PM :)
