Anyone due a payment on monday with Natwest ?

My mum pension gets paid into my account every monday. Any money in or DD due out on a mnday always show online on a saturday with mondays date. When I checked yesterday mondays credit not showing but DD coming out does show and has reduced balance. I have money in account ok to cover DD but just wondered if anyone else due credits on monday usually shows on saturday and not shoinwg this week ?


Hope that makes sense, was not sure if I should post here or benefits board lol

Yes credits always show on Saturday's. HTH

I have never known them not to.

thanks , will ring them tomorrow, this happened a few years ago when they " forgot" to put mums payment through and took them two weeks to get her back onto system.
