    I've been Money Tipped!
You could get a pure down duvet, no feathers tro come out. I have one I bought from QVC, it is very light so it takes a little whole to get used to, but it is lovely and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. If you buy from QVC you can try if for 30 days and if you so not like it you can return it for your money back. A good way to try it if you are not sure.

Otherwise I woulds also suggest a synthentic one, you can get synthentic down, same benifits as down.

I purchased a Goose feather and down duvet 18 months ago and love it.

Just make sure the duvet material has a high thread count... I think when you get to around 230 thread count and above, you won't have a problem with feathers popping through, same goes for pillows.
