No, I assumed the matter had been dealt with. I have now contacted the university to resolve this amicably, if that does not work I will lodge a complaint with the validating university.0 -

as a student you didn't need to do jury service, in fact you don't even have to delay it. when i was contacted about jury service i just got one of my lecturers to write a letter saying that i was in full time education and that i would not be available.
i know your post was ages ago, but the statement that you 'can't get out of jury service' was untrue.0 -
Theres nothing more annoying that someone coming on here asking for advice, being given advice along with all the time it took to research / respond, and then ignoring it.0
