Is there a "site" to "chat" to

How can I get to talk to ebay ? Is there a site where I can "chat" to them ? I have a security problem and need some advice from them. Thanks

You can email them to report a problem but that's about it really.

Don't expect any immediate support from them, that's not how EBay operate.

Thanks for the link. We are encouraged to ask stupid sounding questions here so .... how do I know its a genuine ebay site and not just some scam set up to get me to quote my password ? Can I get to the chat site from within ebay ?

If you go to eBay "Community", and choose Q&A, and look at the "stickies" at the top of the list of posts, you will see FAQs, within which you will find the link I gave you.

But that'll take you a while.  I appreciate your concern, though, especially with me being recorded as a "newbie" moneysaver - that's a laugh, for a start, I'm actually an incorrigible money-waster, hence the eBay familiarity :-[.

Here - under Help Boards choose Community Question & Answer. The 4th post down from the top is FAQ, in which you should find the link I've al-blinking-ready given you!
