  • Lynz yes I do, just can't get my head around 4 yrs deceit, There certainly is'nt much to show for all this debt as I said it appears she's paying mostly interest and has been for years. As a previous poster said it's like an illness, every other aspect of her life appears ok she has a decent job everything appeared normal. You don't think I'm over reacting?

Your not alone, i am in the same position as yourself, i have also a ccj that had nothing to do with me, but the debt is in my name, yes a unsecured loan has been turned into a secured.

I have thought about the reporting issue, but easier said than done.
