Evening lovely peeps-logged in on hotel computer. Not too enamoured of Madeira to be honest- weather very cloudy and Funchal is bigger and busier than I imagined but hey ho we are here now & best try to make the most of it I guess. Can only hope that weather improves. Went on cable car today -down the mountain back to Funchal ( we went up via bus) eek ! Always swore NEVER but dh wanted to so ............ Had text off Bookie to say no baby as yet - thinking of you and your daughter & hope things start to move naturally very soon. Too many pages to catch up on this slow computer but tickled to see Snoggles name has stuck ! Tee hee ! Hope all ok - love & hugs XX

Beanie...I need some help. Ok Situ is this, have been paying overdraft on DMP, phoned to ask about F&F and then low and behold they sent a snotty letter saying I had to set up payment plan. I sent F&F to them recorded which they have ignored for last month they have now sent another final demand letter for full amount. This is what I have written so far

We write once again this time with reference to your Final Demand letter dated 5th March. As previously stated I have replied to all of your correspondence and actually it is yourselves that are failing to reply with a satisfactory response. We sent on the 6th February a full and final settlement offer (original letter enclosed) which was signed for by your office on x and as yet you have failed to reply. As my husband will be made redundant at the end of May and no income other than benefits to live on we are unable to give a payment plan at present and will only be able to offer a token payment of £1 should you not take this offer of a full and final settlement.

This offer is only available until MONDAY 16th MARCH at which point the money will be offered to other creditors. Payment can be made within 2 weeks of receiving your written agreement of this offer and method of payment

Feel free to pick it to shreds, Im hopeless at writing letters
