    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    i think your right spud, all my friends who are in debt, nope i mean who have had their LBM, are also tackling weight probs too, and i meann all of them, strange huh

    anyway things 1 2 &3 are cleaned and defleaed:rotfl: (they hate sundays when i get the nitcomb out, sorry but better safe than sorry ), and they now in jarmies, and dressing gowns, watching new simpsons on sky1 then bed in 15 mins
    If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

    Well said Mrs Spud, but its because I thought I was gonna get a slap lol :D No seriously, and wishing no disrepect on anyone else, you is DFW royalty, I mean you have as with others my early days on here when I wasnt a perv (see its all your lot's fault :D) and times were tough, was like when I met Bunny, Spud, I-A, BB, Lou, Beanie and Sammy for the first time, although I never got a hug off Sammy when i met her :( , in fact i think she took the pee out of me :D

    I think you're right Webby, i think they are inextricably linked to a certain degree, one leads to another and eventually points back to the root cause, low self esteem perhaps
