Can anyone help i know this is my second post on stuff damaged but i dont know where i stand. I bought a pauls boutique bag from bank on boxing dayand paid £65 for it.It has a badge on it with loads of charms hanging off it. The bade makes the bag what it is now the badge never stays on but it fell off yesterday in debanhams and my little girl spotted it, one of the charms has broken i have all the pieces from it can i take it back and ask for an exchange i have the reciepts and tags Please can someone help
