Hi can enyone help me?Before christmas i bought a pair of ugg boots from bank £140.I didnt wear them untill christmas day ,i now only wear them on a weekend and they are kept in the spare room so they have pride of place lol. When i bought them one of the boots had been on display for an hour so i thought nothing of it and no i didnt get a discount. Now they look all creased and white the creases are obviouse of people trying them on in the shop as it is only that one, i have washed them with the care kit and they look no different at all i dont wear them in the rain as i dont want to spoil them. Can i take them back and ask for an exchange as i have the reciept and box with care cards. Someone please help

You are complaining that 4 Month old footwear is creased???
What did you intend doing with these shoes? wearing them or worshipping them??
I have no idea how to interpret your suggestion that they were on display for an hour!0 -
just asking how do you know, they had only been on display for an hour? and if it would have been me, i think i would have definately asked for a discount, can't see any harm in you taking them back, but i don't think you would get your refund as they had been display ones, sorry can't say more to help.
- whoops!! sealed pot opened!!! for holiday stuff, £360, an i BLEW it:D

Then what if she comes across one of those shops who will not refund - even if they are faulty.
Yes, you can quote the SOGA to them, but is it worth the hassle.0
