i would have gone for a stand.......if we'd actually had a 32 inch to put on it
tbh i don't really see the problem with you ordering 5. if it was tv's i'd think you were a bit dim trying it on, but there aren't going to be so many rushing for tv stands are there? and the shops not losing so much if it honours the orders of this one.
i don't think it's greatly different from going into charity shops looking for some antique collectible bargain you can sell for a tidy sum. Everyone looks for the occassional opportunity to make some money.

Don't know about Dixons' T&C's but Currys' are very clear that you've got a legal contract there - so do endeavour to make them deliver them - and remember my earlier tip re 0500 number instead of 8-10p/min 0870 number that somehow I expect you to be referred to any time soon....

mine arrived today an i was out so they have dropped it off at local store?
I just called the local store and he said he was suprised they came there? So i rather cheekly told him to phone head office and re-arange delivery for me as i refuse to pay the premium rate to call nor do i payu a delievery fee to collect it myself? the manager wasnt to happy about it but i said im sure you have a direct tel number i would be happy to call them myself if he would pass the number on lol so i know ive got it ALMOST LOL

I just looked at these and it looks like they are 1p but you gotta pay £19.99 for delivery? Is that right? All the dixons ones are only £2.99 delivery but out of stock and unfortunatley the phone has gone up to twenty quid! Doh! Doh! Doh! Why do I always miss these bargains??? :mad:
