    Go to your doctor. (if you haven't already) I did when i had it when i was younger and he gave me these fibre drinks which worked and i've never had a problem since.
    Accept that some days you're the pigeon and some days you're the statue.

    Aloe vera juice is also good for IBS. I don't know of any freebies but this site is quite good. They also sell the peppermint oil as suggested by mediaman, I can recommend these as they work for me and I've found them more effective than any of the branded drugs like immodium. :D
