Signed up to Southern Electric without my knowledge!
Got a call from my current supplier npower to tell me that on Wednesday this week I had agreed to change to SE, and npower were calling to check this was coorrect, which it obviously wasn't as I have been on holiday this week! The only person could have been a friend I had round that day doing some DIY, and they certainly wouldn't have signed up. Does anyone have any knowledge or advice on this?

just tell npower you didn't agree to it at all
often supplies get changed over by accident due to wrong addresses being used by mistake
eg we got switched by accident a few years ago - we lived at number 6 - number 26 was trying to change supplier and for some reason they used our address instead of theirs!Indecision is the key to flexibility

Hi
Why dont you contact your current supplier Npower and tell them to complete an erroneous re-registration if out with the cooling off period.
If you are still within the colling off period, call SE and tell them to cancel this policy as you didnt sign up.0
