How much can we expect to pay?

Me and hubby should hopefully be soon moving into our first home together. Up until now we have always lived with family. We are looking for a 1/2 bedroom flat. Can anyone give us a rough idea of how much bills are going to cost us a month. Off the top of my head I can think of rent, council tax, tv license, gas, electric, water, am I missing anything else?
Thanks in advance for any help.

phone?
all electric flats cost a lot more to heat than gas and electric ones - but if they are well insulated it helps a lot!
we pay £65 or so every six months for water so just over £10 per month
council tax (band A in Birmingham) was £81 per month for this last year for 10 monthsIndecision is the key to flexibility
