HELP fence illegally erected

hi hunterslodge. on your land register there will be a T mark this is your fence . thay cant do a thing about this . you cant damage the fence that has been put up . this is y i say go to your title dead . hard proof . get all your proof first then start to fight it . do not tell them what you are up to !!! and yes get legal advice . before removing the fence. have all doc's that i put in my last post .dont leave it to later do it now as i think after 12 years it will theres . act now . sorry 4 being so blunt . and as 4 the neighbour puting up the fence there hard luck ,they should not have put it up. and if they wanted a bigger fence they should have put it up on there side . and as for the cable on the fence this i think illegal to do this if live .

let us know how you get on - it doesn't matter how nice your house is or the area in which you live, your neighbours can be wonderful or sheer hell, my parents were even considering moving but the neighbours from hell moved themselves and the most wonderful people moved in. When they broached the old neighbours about a problem ( as advised try speaking first before anything drastic) they just took umbrage & provoked the situation - good luck!
