Why has this nonsense made 5 pages of posts?

The Original Post was just some uber bear posting his typically over the top doom mongering opinion with no references to back up the "point" being made.

Come on guys, stop taking the bait from these maddies. All they come on here to do is talk the market down in any and every way possible as if their post which is read by a few hundred people will affect the tens of millions of people in the UK who DO NOT READ THIS FORUM!

    Sheesh!

So please enlighten us with a post of something credible to prove the crazies like you are correct in believing the markets are ready to reach into cuckoo land again. Surely you don’t want that to happen?
As far as I can tell all the surveys are grim, lowest this, worst that since records began, so any reasonable person would surely relate to the doom and gloom picture presented?
Don’t get me wrong ,nothing would please me more to see it happen as I’m ready for early retirement, If I could cash in for some silly money, I’ll take it,
but I have a feeling I’ll be sitting tight for a few more years.
No big deal, we got plenty of beans and ammo here:D

oooops..... did fear actually get here?

Some of the largest bulls on record are capitulating, not only on here, but over on sites like singingpig and globalhousepricecrash.com. The reality that the property excesses of the past 10 years, more likely 20 years are long gone will hit market prices like a sledgehammer.
when you say large - do you mean in physical size?

Steve I will bet against you.

I am willing to put money against you and people like Mitchaa.

Its so obvious you are both wrong.

I dont know about a further 25% down by the end of this yr on top of the almost 20% down already. But it will get there eventually.

I say a further 20% down on top of the falls already, and I am willing to put money on it.

Don't back against that SteveTodd guy, you will only be sorry ;)

Some names from the past there, Dervish icon7.gif I wonder who she is now?
