You may recall I had a NPB, and following your advice I took the next steps..... she then gets in touch and says ...how do I buy and I really still want it.
I tell her, how to do it and send an invoice .....and then nothing!
Its now 6 days since the 1st and last contact with the buyer! What next??
The auction finished in Jan .... am getting a tad tired of it all!!!

She has had ample time! Did you stop the NPB or had you not started it? I would just email her and say look I am continuing with the NPB you have had sufficient time now and tough luck!Weight Loss - 102lb0

Im in the same situation over a phone I sold. Seem to be stuck in a cycle:
3 weeks had passed with no payment, so i start NPB. he replies saying il pay tomorrow. That was a week ago. Still no payment.... I sent a message saying I will have to file a complaint to get my fees back, but he replies with "oh i still want it, il try to pay this week". I could see it going on forever, so ive given him a deadline - (5pm on weds).
Its been over a month, and ive been a mug. I think he is trying to slow stall so that the 45 days pass and i cant give him a strike.0 -
I always find that if you start the NPB process a buyer will very often panic at that point and email to say they definitely will pay. However, since you cannot stop the NPB dispute and reclaim your fees until day 8 after filing that gives them more than adequate time to get payment to you.
Be hard, once you start the NPB process complete it on day 8 if payment is not received, don't let the NPB run out of time as it cannot be restarted later.
