Has anyone else read March's Peter Fairfait's Hot Property Alert?
In it he and Scott Huggins claim they can get a 20% return on an investment of £10000 min.
Now I know that just because Mr Huggins has a TV programme I should believe anything he says just as I do with Martin.
But really, 20%.
Anyone dipped their foot into this yet?
