Cutout (shape) biscuits recipe needed please

Kiddies want to bake some biscuits this afternoon. Can anyone recommend any good easy recipes for biscuits - the type they can cut out with cookie shape cookers.
If there are any eggless recipes that'd be great (DD allergic raw egg) but not necessary (only means she misses licking bowl) .

I make these but use normal milk and not soya milk. they are VERY filling. Mixture holds up quite well for cutting shapes etc. I use this to make non-ginger gingerbread men with my son.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
