    Well for the last couple of weeks Ive had these really weird stiff knees, don't hurt when I walk/run but bending down and kneeling is agony. After run today same thing again...mum was here this afternoon and she thinks I have synovitis of the knee, when I looked at them they are so swollen like your ankles get when pregnant. So obviously fluid but from where and a bit worried it might stop me from running :(
    I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
