Oh yeah, the last everton match i went to was a fa cup replay in 1989 and ended up fighting with the scousers, will be a tight game perhaps a replay and back to ours is the best we can hope for i think

The knee will be fine, its the physio that is crucial and building up at the right time. no running on tarmac for a bit though and correct trainers are crucial also an assessment of how your foot hits the ground too is essential as you may need designed insoles too

i get to see the consultant in 2 weeks and he will tell me the exact duration and what needs to be done etc. I'm still waiting for a physio appt to come through  but i'm hoping that later this year should be acheivable. think its just a matter of time so long as they dont decide i need surgery to file the rough bit off.. ACK!

morning all. tis a lovely sunnyday but i feel poo want to curl up under the duvet and never come out. XOH has a new girlfriend and it hurts like hell.always hoped at some point he'd realise what he'd lost and we'd reconcile but guess its not meant to be, I miss him soo much though for all his faults.:cry:
P I don't know what to say except I'm crying for you because I know exactly how you feel, and it's just horrible. :( I feel like I could have written that post.

It will get easier - it HAS to?
