Estimate for work doing on 3 bed victorian property

I had a survey done today on a 3 bed 1868 victorian property and it showed up the following issues and I would be very grateful if anyone could give me an estimate of how much it will cost to do the following and any advice appreciated:

Get rid of wasps nests in roof.
Replace bottom row of underfelt on roof.
Repointing to joints on roof.
Repair leadwork flashing on roof.
Complete overhaul of gutters - probably replace all.
Damp proof a kitchen
Replace rotting fascia
Dig out kitchen floor and lay concrete
there is an unsupported chimney stack in the roof
Treat wood infestation
new electrical circuit in kitchen and check electrics
(It does also need double glazing and a new kitchen so need to also budget for that)

Hi,
Well I would get a price for the whole roof to be re-done with the amount of work listed as to fasica, gutters, chimney, under-felt, and repointing. You may as well re-do it all in one go. It will be obviously cost more straigh up but you will save in years to come having to replace other sections.

As for the price, well depends on the size and what you have covering the roof at the moment. but I would say around £8'000 for that amount in my local area of West Wales.

very rough budget on the info given, is between 10 and 20k.
