Do I Need Fireproof Cement ?

We're having a woodburner but need to extend the hearth, so have a row of "blue " bricks (these are very tough). Does anyone know if we need special cement to point them with ?
We know the area round the stove can get pretty hot so maybe ordinary cement won't be suitable.
Any suggestions really appreciated.
