What should I put in here?

I have been accepted for a mortgage and got quite a hard sell when I went to see our finincial advisor (he was very arrogant) and he told me what was available.
Anyway I came home and found info about Cavendish and I am trying to get a quote for Family Income Benefit but not sure about what to put in the following fields.
Annual Benefit (£). Is this what I want to get back on an annual basis if I do require to claim?
Term in years. The FA gave us a quote and based this for the next 16yrs, our mortgage runs for 22yrs. What should i put?
Increasing benefit. Yes or no? Does this mean I get more money over the years?
Waiver of premium. Yes or no?
Sorry if I seem stupid but I havent done this before!!

I would speak to a less-arrogant IFA who will point you in the right direction and hopefully leave you in a better position.
