    I've put up a satellite a few times, in Wales and France. Never bothered with all these fancy gadgets, I've always gone for the method of pointing the dish roughly in the same direction as other peoples and then angling the telly out the window and adjusting it using the data from the sky box. Not much use if you haven't any neighbours with sky and/or can't see the telly though.

    I thought you'd end up getting a finder. Makes it much easier. I tried pointing mine the samethe others close by but still found that I neded the finder to get it right.
