Went to church this morning and put £1.50 in the collection basket.

We have just had to go and buy a new floor lamp - £14.99 but that came out of our joint account.

That is it for the day, no more trips out, so no more spending. Might list a couple more things on ebay later.
  • Hello everyone,

Nothing today and hopefully not going anywhere as its raining here.

First no spend day of the week! Yay!

Now, back to the cleaning - if only I could stay away from MSE and eBay (to see how my items are doing!)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • I've spent a quid today on (and don't laugh coz I don't know what else to call them) 2 garters! :rotfl: :o

They are to hold my socks up at football! :D:p
