Time to switch....which site?
Options
I noticed that Martin is advising that now is a good time to switch (albeit that Npower haven't yet announced price changes).
I've used moneysupermarket and energyhelpline to do a comparison but do these sites take into account the recent price changes?
If not, which sites are good ones to use? Npower (sign online 14 paperless) comes out as offering me a 19% saving but not sure if that is a good one to go for if none are taking into account the recent price changes.
Also, interestingly both comparison sites say that the annual bill will be the same but moneysupermarket says that translates to a £247 saving but energyhelpline says it's a £170 saving.....mmmm!

the "savings" differences sometimes come if you don't use annual kilowatt hours when asked, instead you put in a monthly amount.
If the website has to calculate a monthly DD amount back to how many units you use on a particular tariff, then it's only using guestimate numbers
If you use annual kilowatt hours figures on both and it's still coming up with differences, then check into what tariffs it is using in both cases.Indecision is the key to flexibility0
