Everytime I book something, a few days later , I find the same thing cheaper. Or if I tell someone about what Ive booked, I get "ooh if you go here, its a lot cheaper !"
so, before I book.....can anyone beat this :
Manchester to Brisbane 1st dec 2006 - 15th dec 2006
singapore airlines 1 stop in singapore. £1403 inc taxes for 2 people.
£701
avg. per person
Total: £1403
(all prices incl. of taxes and fees)
The dates are not that important, anything around those dates will do.
Thanks for trying !

what site did you find that one (will save time on searching that site!)0

nah, £708 is the cheapest decent one I found....
did find £694 on STA Travel, but that was MAN-LHR-HKG-BNE, and that was with estimated taxes. TBH for the extra hassle, I'd pay the extra £14)
You could also try trailfinders - I've always found them to be the cheapest and most helpful- especially for Oz. They don't do online booking, but do quotes by phone but you can ring them yerself! www.trailfinders.co.uk0 -
Just checked this on travelsupermarket.com. Cheapest price listed and available is ₤1130.20 for two from ebookers (flying KLM). Just had a quick look, hope this helps.0

KLM usually goes to Amsterdam first.
Doing it 2 stops loses about a day and half in airports and waiting around.
Thanks for trying.

The cheapest I could see so far is Singapore Airlines direct with through the site at £1426 including taxes etc.
I checked Cathay Pacific (direct) extortionate.
Japan Airlines
Eva Air but they just go from Heathrow, still dearer though
Quantas dearer
Check the Brisbane Airport website here to see all the airlines that fly there.

Also suss out when the holidays are for the schools etc there if you can, it may be cheaper if you can fly outwith their holiday time, just a suggestion. Might come out a little cheaper.

I see going by your dates you've probably already done that...;)
Good Luck.
Took another look, changed the dates to 21 November and coming back on the 5th December but the cheapest I could get is £1404 with Airline Network. Dial-a-Flight seem to have a price of ('from') £612 with Malaysian for those dates. Not sure what the routing is or how reliable they are on availability.0
