I reserved one in High Wycombe and went to collect it, but as you might imagine some member of staff had already taken it. Manager said it would definitely have been put to one side, but then someone had removed it from the holding area. B********s - moral is reserve and collect is a pure lottery and PCW a bunch of swines.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
