Drain cleaning / pressure washer

Does anyone know about clearing out a sewage pipe with a pressure washer. I can't get the rods to go round a right angled bend to clear the last 12 ft of 4 inch pipe. Can I use an attachment to my pressure washer to clear it?

Are the hoses flexible enough to go round tight bends? Is it a standard fitting for the attachment to the pressure washer? and finally where is the best place to hire / buy the attachment ?

There is an attachment for drain cleaning using a prssure washer, similar to the ones professional companies use.
Have a look at the insruction book that came with the machine or try any supplier.
I have one and have used it myself.

Unfortunately the manual is long lost. Just wondered if the attachment will be suitable for tight bends and universal fitting.
