Business Electricity standing charge

Hi there
Hope someone can help me, we have until next Wed (yes yes know we should have sorted before) before British Gas fixed prices us for 2 years, at the rate:
Standing Charge 40.240 p/day
Unit Charge 18.020 p/k wh
We are a small business using gas (minimal) and electricity, one office with 3 people.
How do I find out what the current level trends are?
