Is there any cheap but cheerful b & b's in Wales?

I desperately need to get away this week. I need a really good break from work and home etc. Can anybody recommend any picturesque B & B'S that don't cost the Earth, as I am on a budget of about £80 for 4 nights (stingey but all I have). I would ideally like to go to the Welsh Countryside to appreciate the views. I am looking to go on Monday and come back on Friday. I live in Liverpool so its not a million miles away from me.
(Totally unrelated, has anybody got any prices on CentreParcs?
Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob,
There are several B&B booking sites like:
http://www.bedandbreakfastnationwide.com although I don't know how pricey they are.
Have you thought of trying a Youth Hostel?

... or you could see if the Travelodge have any of their current £10 or £26 per night rooms in the area you want:

What about a cottage? More room to move around, take your own food, so its got to be cheaper than eating out, usually they have the cost of heating/electric thrown in this time of year, so you'll have plenty of room to dry your wet clothes, after walking the hills!
You might get a last minute bargain, I know some companies reduce their prices by 15 to 20% on last min bookings.
