I cannot reccomened Jojoba oil highly enough...it is the all round versatile beauty oil!!!

Rub a few drops in your hair and leave in for a few hours or overnight, then wash and condition as normal.
Rub a few drops on your ends or whole hair as a luxury de-frizz treatment that deeply conditions your hair
Put a few drops in your normal shampoo or conditioner to make it a super conditioning product.

When i deeply damaged my hair through bleaching i used Jojoba and avocado oils a lot to deep condition my hair, it took no time to be healthy and shiny again and strong.

I love Jojoba it is so versatile, cheap and deep conditioning it is super for skin and hair.
I get mine from ebay and 100ml lasts me a long time.

Silk pillowcases help stop hair breaking during the night and good for the skin too. Helps prevent 'bedhead'!

  • My hair was in terrible condition, i tried not washing it, not using too much shampoo, not using shampoo, masks, in fact i tired everything i could think of.

Then i tried olive oil, plain simple olive oil from the kitchen.

Put a small amout in my hands and rubbed them together then put it on and within an hour washed it off. It felt so much different.

So after a couple of days, when i knew i wouldnt be going out, i put quite a lot of olive oil on my hands, ran it through my hands and left it for all of that day and the following day, then washed it out at night. It feels really smooth, silky.

One other thing i have started to do is, just before getting out of the shower turn it to cold water and give a final rinse in the coldest water i can stand.

Be careful of using kitchen olive oil, some of them have salt, which is definately not what you want. You can get olive oil from pharmacies which is for medicinal purpose.
