Hi All
Have been looking around the internet to see if there are any letters to send off regarding financial heardship but cannot find any. I already have the list of fee's etc and wrote to the bank at first when this all started and they basicaly said !!!!!! off. But my circumstances are very different now as am on IS and barely making ends meet. Are there any template letters for FH to send to the bank about?
Many thanks

The reclaim bank charges on this site has the details about claiming charges back. If you have a reference number or letter from the bank you can ask the bank to look at the claim again based on your changed circumstances. They should send back an income and expenditure form to complete. Once you have that then post again on here. DO NOT GO TO THE FOS YET.Hi All
