How to split a windows media file into 2?

Hi,

I have a windows media file which is 3 minutes long which i would like to put on my nokia phone.

I have 3gp video converter but not the full version so it only allows me to decode 2 minutes of every file.

Is there a way i can split the file into 2 1.5 minutes sections?

If you get this http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Open the mp3 then
just chop it into two get the lame.dll aswell for exporting mp3s

Also you can export as a WAV file then convert to a smaf file.
