Hello, My mother was diagnosed with dementia about 1 year ago and although she looks after herself well in her own home she falls victim to various scams asking for money etc. We are on the case as much as possible but there always seems to be something. We are having to filter out mail to remove these sorts of things…

I'm really sorry - as pointed out I did give the incorrect link - the correct link to access is http://www.bt.com/inclusion

There was a slight problem with the page but I have flagged this up and it is now fixed. Please try the link again - you will find lots of support, advice and info.

I work as part of a customer service team so you may see a few different names posting under the 'BT company representative' username - we will always sign off our posts personally so you know who was written them!
