High EA fees when selling

Just had our first valuation on our property last night. I wasn't there for it, but my fiancee saw the ea. Apparently they have new touch-screen computers by which you can search for properties, and get virtual tours. Basically like rightmove, but you have to go into a branch.
Needless to say, I wasn't overly impressed with this as it sounds expensive for them to implement, hence passing the cost of this to the sellers.
