    I think I need a filling and I am literally terrified. I've had a fear of dentists all my life, but it has suddenly got so much worse over the last 2 years that I start to dread the reminder coming through the door.

    The odd thing is, I can't think of any trigger for my phobia suddenly getting so much worse. :confused:
