Natwest Overdraft Problem

I applied for a 500pounds overdraft and was excepted on the phone and 2 weeks later I applied on line for it to be increased to 2000.

A few days later I looked I looked at the balance and 2000 was availible so I thought I had been excepted and I paid all the bills etc I needed it for in the first place..

Then a few days later I go online and availible balance is 0. and theres no overdraft at all on the account.

Ring Natwest and they don't know anything about an overdraft?

So now I owe them 1600 pounds...

has anyone else had this sort of thing happen to them with Natwest?

That sounds a bit strange. I would get a statement and go to your branch to discuss it. Obviously you cant spend £2000 pound on your account if it isnt there. So it must of been at some point

Wish it would happen to me ;)
I know my spelling is shocking  It is alot better than it used to be though :rotfl:
